Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Raven Wallet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Raven Wallet is a TON-based multi-chain, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to:

  • Store, manage, and transfer digital assets across multiple blockchain networks
  • Swap tokens across supported chains
  • Bridge assets between different blockchain networks
  • Earn RVN points through daily streak rewards
  • Connect to decentralized applications (dApps) via WalletConnect
  • View real-time market data and token security audits

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency wallets is prohibited
  • Not be listed on any government sanctions list
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Raven Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means:

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases
  • We do not store, have access to, or control your private keys, seed phrases, or funds
  • If you lose your seed phrase, we cannot recover your wallet or funds
  • You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated through your wallet
  • We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction once it has been broadcast
⚠ IMPORTANT: Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including Raven Wallet team members. We will never ask for your seed phrase. Anyone who asks for it is attempting to steal your funds.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Safeguard your seed phrase and private keys by storing them securely offline
  • Maintain the security of your device, including using up-to-date operating systems and security software
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Verify all transaction details (recipient address, amount, network) before confirming any transaction

6. RVN Points & Rewards

The Raven Wallet rewards program operates under the following terms:

  • RVN points are earned through daily check-ins and streak maintenance
  • RVN points are not cryptocurrency tokens until a Token Generation Event (TGE) occurs
  • We reserve the right to modify the rewards structure, multipliers, and earning rates at any time
  • RVN points have no monetary value until the TGE and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged prior to TGE
  • Abuse of the rewards system (including bot activity, multiple accounts, or manipulation) may result in point forfeiture and account suspension
  • Streak resets occur if a daily check-in is missed

7. Supported Networks & Tokens

  • We support multiple blockchain networks including TON, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, SUI, Bitcoin, and others as listed in the app
  • We do not endorse any specific token or project listed in the app
  • The inclusion of a token in the app does not constitute investment advice
  • We may add or remove support for networks and tokens at our discretion
  • Token security audit scores are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions

8. Transaction Fees

  • Blockchain transactions incur network fees ("gas fees") that are paid to network validators, not to Raven Wallet
  • Swap and bridge transactions may include a service fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction
  • We are not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient gas fees or network congestion
  • All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain

9. Risks & Disclaimers

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically. You may lose all or part of your investment.
  • Smart Contract Risk: Interactions with decentralized protocols carry inherent smart contract risks, including potential loss of funds.
  • Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
  • Network Risk: Blockchain networks may experience downtime, congestion, forks, or attacks that could affect your assets.
  • Bridge Risk: Cross-chain bridging involves additional risks including potential loss of funds during the bridging process.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
  • We are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party protocols, dApps, or services accessed through the wallet
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any)

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the Raven Wallet name, logo, designs, code, and documentation — are owned by Raven Wallet and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • You retain access to your funds through your seed phrase on any compatible wallet
  • Any accumulated RVN points may be forfeited at our discretion
  • These Terms will survive termination to the extent they relate to ongoing obligations

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
