Raven Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means we do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds at any time. You maintain full control over your digital assets.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create a wallet, we may collect a username or display name you choose. We do not require personal identification information such as your real name, email address, or phone number to create a wallet.
  • Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you provide in your communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
  • Usage Data: App interaction data such as features used, session duration, and navigation patterns. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the Service.
  • Network Information: Blockchain network interactions are recorded on the respective public blockchains. We do not store a separate copy of your transaction history on our servers.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Wallet balances or transaction details (these exist on public blockchains)
  • Personal identification documents
  • Location data
  • Contacts or address book data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your RVN points rewards and streak tracking
  • Send service-related notifications (e.g., app updates, security alerts)
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage & Security

Your private keys and seed phrases are stored exclusively on your device using industry-standard encryption. We employ the following security measures:

  • AES-256 encryption for locally stored sensitive data
  • Biometric authentication support (fingerprint, Face ID)
  • Secure Enclave / Keystore integration on supported devices
  • SSL/TLS encryption for all network communications
  • No server-side storage of private keys or wallet credentials

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Blockchain Networks: TON, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, SUI, Bitcoin, and other supported networks. Transactions on these networks are governed by their respective protocols.
  • Price Data Providers: We use third-party APIs to display real-time token prices and market data.
  • WalletConnect: For connecting to decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Analytics: We may use anonymized analytics to understand app usage patterns.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for the following purposes:

Since Raven Wallet is non-custodial, deleting your account from our servers does not affect your ability to access your funds using your seed phrase on any compatible wallet.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
